Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Scope

Region: Open only to residents of Germany (due to tour logistics).

Age: Participants must be 18+ years old.

The Prize: One (1) acoustic live performance by pinkpool at the winner's private residence (living room, garden, or studio).

Dates: The sessions will take place in May 2026. Specific dates will be coordinated with the winners.

2. Selection Process

Entry: Users apply via the official form at pinkpool.band/livingroomshow.

Selection: Winners are chosen by Fierce Underground Management based on the suitability of the location (space, safety, and aesthetic fit for filming).

Notification: Winners will be contacted exclusively via Email or the official @pinkpoolband Instagram account.

3. Technical & Logistical Requirements

Space: The winner must provide a safe environment for the band and production team (approx. 4-6 people).

Catering: If a partner or sponsor (e.g., Lemonaid/Greenforce) is involved, the winner agrees to receive product deliveries at their home address.

Travel: All travel and gear logistics for the band are managed by the pinkpool band and Fierce Underground.

4. Media & Rights

Recording: By participating, the winner consents to the session being filmed (4K Video/Audio) for promotional use.

Usage: pinkpool and Fierce Underground retain all rights to the footage for social media, YouTube, and future marketing.

Liability: The organizers are not liable for property damage unless caused by gross negligence.
